Greece » D. Bakoyianni: “The Aegean Sea is not a Greek lake” Shocking statement
«The Aegean Sea is not a Greek lake!» – a shocking statement was made by the MP of New Democracy and the Prime Minister’s sister D. Bakoyianni on the air of the program on SKAI.
This statement seems to prepare Greek society for possible concessions. The preparation began yesterday, when Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama held an informal and strange meeting before the start of the European Political Community summit in Budapest.
For the first time, four opponents met: Greece and Cyprus on one side, Turkey and Albania on the other. Everyone wondered what they had in common to discuss, despite the “settlement” of the maritime economic zones (AEZ) and the Cyprus issue.
This statement was made at a time when the Greek Foreign Minister G. Gerapetritis was meeting with his Turkish counterpart H. Findan.
The current situation looks suspicious, as it fits into the communication strategy that in a peaceful atmosphere “we find a common language” and there is a plan to distribute AOC (what do Albania and Turkey give?) with acceleration before the change of the American government.
As a result, M. Pompeo’s sudden visit and his meeting with K. Mitsotakis were clearly not accidental.
